Our team of skilled personal trainers is here to help guide you, motivate you, and work alongside you as you progress on your fitness journey.
To purchase and schedule personal training sessions online, a valid MindBody Account is required. Please log in to your existing MindBody account or create a new account to initiate the booking process.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours is required to cancel all personal training appointments without penalty. Clients will be charged for all appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. Personal training packages expire according to the expiration date listed in Mindbody and on the printed rate card available in the Fitness Department.

New Member Orientation: As a new member, you’ll receive a complimentary one-on-one consultation with a personal trainer to assess your current fitness level, discuss any health conditions or physical limitations, and help you maximize your time and results at the gym in support of your health and fitness goals.
This introductory session can be tailored to your individual needs and may include:
1. Guidance on using cardiovascular equipment
2. A basic overview of select strength machines and common movement patterns
3.Answers to any questions about the gym or equipment
It’s a great way to get motivated, build confidence, and start seeing results from the very beginning.

Fitness Re-Assessment: If you feel like you’ve reached a plateau, need modifications to your current workout routine, or want to learn how to better maximize your time and results at the gym, a fitness re-assessment can help you get back on track and make the most of your workouts. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, increase endurance, lose weight, or simply feel more confident in your routine, our personal training team is here to help support your progress.
