Allison began her career in the fitness industry more than 15 years ago as a group fitness instructor, building on a lifelong background as a dancer and athlete. From the start, she found a way to blend her love of movement with the vibrant energy she brings to every room, turning what she loved into a lasting career. She later transitioned into personal training and has been working one on one with clients for the past 14 years.
After navigating several injuries of her own, Allison learned firsthand how to turn setbacks into comebacks by embracing patience, resilience, and steady progress. That experience shaped her approach and deepened her commitment to supporting others through their own health and fitness journeys.
She specializes in women’s fitness, pre and post natal training, senior strengthening, and injury rehabilitation.
