Wednesday Nights On Ice

Every Third Wednesday | 7–9pm

Beginning May 20th

Reset your week with a guided cold plunge experience designed to help you recover, recharge, and feel your best.

Enjoy a structured session that pairs cold exposure with optional use of the steam room, sauna, and whirlpool for a complete thermal recovery cycle.

Every Friday | 7:00–8:30pm

Join us for a fun lineup of dance nights. Each week features a different style, no experience needed.

New to dance? Join our Tuesday intro classes (6:15–7:15pm) to learn the basics and feel confident before Friday night.

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose your shots from the free throw line, three-point line, or half-court

• Each participant takes 5 shots total

SCORING

• Free Throw = 1 point

• Three-Point Shot = 3 points

• Half-Court Shot = 4 points

Rebounders will keep the action moving so you can stay focused on your shot.

Murph Workout Challenge

How to Participate

Complete it solo or team up with 4 friends and enter as a 5-person team.

Finish the workout, submit your entry form at the front desk, and you’ll be entered to win prizes.
