Fun Fact

Jean works as the strength coach for Seattle University’s Men’s Crew Team

Biography

Jean’s passion for health and fitness started in Snoqualmie, WA, when he began immersing himself in different sports and activities. He has spent time playing football and ultimate frisbee, competing in track and field, as well as training for powerlifting. From there he realized how important it was to not only move your body, but to also enjoy yourself while doing it. That passion is what Jean wants to share with others and hope they feel the same way!

With a degree in Psychology and Sport Psychology, Jean understands what motivates people to reach their goals and the mental blocks that might be stopping their progress. In addition, he works as the strength coach for Seattle University’s Men’s Crew Team, and, if that doesn’t already sound like a packed schedule, he also works in a physical therapy clinic. There, Jean works as an exercise specialist, and brings his knowledge to work around any imbalances and lingering injuries to provide a safe way to build strength.

Jean’s goal is to help guide people of all backgrounds and skill levels in the right direction towards a healthy way of life and provide the knowledge and excitement to develop a strong base in their own fitness journeys.
