Biography

Sports have always been a part of Matt’s life, but his true passion for fitness ignited in 2014 after he successfully shed 75 pounds. Having battled with excess weight and a sedentary lifestyle, he discovered that the key to his success lay in establishing a consistent routine. This routine involved adopting an active lifestyle and committing to a healthy diet, leading to not only weight loss but also reduced stress, improved sleep, and an enhanced overall sense of well-being.

 

Matt’s personal journey has given him a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when dealing with weight-related issues. He empathizes with the struggles of weight loss, which motivated him to become a personal trainer. His goal is to assist people in achieving their fitness goals while making the process enjoyable. Matt firmly believes that exercise doesn’t have to be painful and takes great pleasure in helping his clients find the methods that work best for them.

 

Specializing in functional strength and conditioning with a focus on functional movement patterns, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to his training approach. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, playing basketball, and spending quality time outdoors with his loyal dog, Harry.
