Notice: Locker Room Wet Areas and Pool Closed in August for Repairs
We want to let all members know that the showers, steam rooms, restrooms, and the upstairs pool will be closed for the entire month of August to allow for essential structural repairs and renovation.
Locker spaces themselves will remain open and usable for changing and storage during this time.
Why This Is Necessary
Over time, deficiencies in the original installation have led to persistent leaks and substructure damage. These repairs are necessary to prevent further deterioration and to ensure the future structural integrity of the building.
There are no current safety issues for members, but this work must be done now to avoid larger problems later.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Timeline
Closure Begins: August 1
Facilities Closed: Showers, steam rooms, restrooms, upstairs pool
Work Includes: Demolition, plumbing replacement, new waterproofing and finishes
Target Reopening subject to construction progress; updates will be shared:
- Pool: August 15th to 30thLocker Rooms: September 1st
Member Options During August
Locker areas remain accessible upstairs
First-floor locker rooms and pool stay open as usual
Luxury restroom trailers will be available outside the club
Hotel bathrooms will also be available for member use
Temporary changing areas and lockers provided on site if necessary
Membership holds can be arranged at the front desk
Looking Ahead
While this is a disruption, it’s also an opportunity to fully renovate the space. When finished, members can expect:
New, higher-quality showers
Upgraded steam rooms
Expanded, improved restrooms
Fresh finishes and better lighting
