Embarking on a fitness journey in high school, Kris has explored a multitude of sports and activities, fostering a deep appreciation for the diverse ways the body can move. As an active aerialist, he understands the unique benefits that different forms of exercise bring to the table and the importance of feeling in control of one’s own body.
 
Transitioning from a sedentary job to the dynamic role of a personal trainer marked a transformative period in Kris’s life. This personal evolution has granted him unique insights into the challenges people face when establishing a healthy relationship with exercise and he is passionate about guiding others through this sometimes overwhelming endeavor.
