Biography

With a background in sports and a career in competitive dance, Sydney understands the distinct advantage that incorporating strength training can have. She found that it benefited her tremendously, especially in dance. Strength training also added a deep understanding of body alignment, fluidity and balance, which she continuously incorporates when working with clients.

 

As a personal trainer, Sydney has a strong attention to detail, carefully noting strengths and setting goals to encourage continuity and healthy habits. Sydney values two things: accountability and discipline. To that end, Sydney builds a tool kit for each of her clients. Inside the tool kit is everything clients need to become consistent with the practices learned.

 

In building the kit, she incorporates her expertise in body alignment, mobility, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Barre, and more for a custom plan with a lot of versatility. Making sure that exercising is never boring.

 

Sydney believes everyone deserves to be happy and healthy. She hopes that meeting goals and expectations during sessions will help translate into all aspects of her clients’ lives, leading them to become their happiest, healthiest selves.
