Biography

Spenser’s lifelong journey as a fitness enthusiast and explorer began at an early age. Throughout his formative years, he actively engaged in team sports, which eventually led him to discover the world of weightlifting during high school. It was during this time that he developed a profound appreciation for resistance training.

 

As he ventured through college and beyond, Spenser expanded his fitness horizons by delving into long-distance running, yoga, hiking, and biking. His goal was to attain a holistic and balanced approach to fitness, exploring various modalities to achieve this equilibrium.

 

Spenser’s expertise lies in Functional Strength and Conditioning, encompassing areas such as powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit. He is dedicated to assisting clients of all ages and fitness levels in building strength, gaining lean muscle, shedding excess weight, and cultivating an overall sense of well-being, all while prioritizing injury prevention.

 

Beyond the gym, you’ll often find Spenser exploring hiking trails, embracing aquatic adventures, or engaging in outdoor workouts at the park. In addition to his role as a personal trainer, Spenser contributes to the education of high school students in the Seattle area as a dedicated teacher.
