Sabrina specializes in training for stability, strength, and muscle growth, with an emphasis on balance, coordination and breathwork. She focuses on foundational movements that carry over into daily life, sport, and personal records in the gym.

 

Her training style is influenced by her background with yoga. She is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and has been practicing for over 15 years. With Sabrina, you can expect to do some cat/cows.

 

Sabrina is excited to offer two training specialties unique to the female reproductive continuum.  Pregnancy and menopause demand a different approach to strength training that are finally getting the education and attention these stages of life deserve.
