Biography

My name is Leilani Cobb I am a NASM certified personal trainer, I plan to pursue many other NASM certifications & I am also a candidate for a BA in Psychology. My entire adolescent life I struggled with consistently eating nutritious foods, kinesiophobia, poor self-image, & a negative outlook on life. I had reached a point where delaying healthy changes was no longer an option. I had no choice but to attempt to change my life for the better.

I started right where you are now, I have lost over 85 lbs and have successfully implemented life changes that have helped me keep it off. During my fitness journey I have learned from a lot of mistakes after being my own first successful client, I decided to pursue the career of personal training to inspire and guide others! Now I have the personal experience and the education from the national academy of sports medicine to help you become your highest self.

My training philosophy is based on the belief that no changes can appear on the outside until we adjust and learn to love the inside. With this I will lead clients on a holistic journey to develop their self-efficacy, self-esteem, & dream physique. My goal is to make fitness fun! I will help clients discover that movement is a celebration of what the body can do not a punishment for how it looks, nor should it feel like a chore.
