Biography

Henry Largado has spent his entire life immersed in various physical pursuits, including Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Track & Field, and more. His most recent passion lies in Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. During his high school years and beyond, he grappled with being a slender individual who struggled to gain weight, despite consuming copious amounts of food. However, it wasn’t until after high school that he delved into the world of weightlifting and nutrition, which transformed his understanding of fitness.

Through his dedication to weightlifting, Henry has not only honed his physical prowess but has also gained valuable insights into self-discovery, exercise, and cultivating a harmonious relationship with both food and himself. In addition to his role as a personal trainer, he serves as an EMT and is actively working toward a career as a firefighter, driven by his genuine passion for helping others.

As a personal trainer, Henry’s primary objective is to guide his clients in discovering the joy of fitness tailored to their individual lifestyles, allowing them to explore the capabilities of their own bodies. Ultimately, he aspires to empower his clients to feel self-assured and at ease within themselves.
