My name is Alix, my goal as a personal trainer is to help individuals unlock their full potential and achieve any and all fitness goals in the healthiest way possible.

 

Growing up, I was involved in competitive Rowing for 7 years which is originally what sparked a curiosity about the human body’s capabilities. This passion for fitness and wellness continued to grow, leading me to pursue becoming a personal trainer.

 

I am just getting started with my career in fitness and have already had an amazing time working with clients from all walks of life, each with their unique goals and challenges. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement, every body is so different and I want to tailor programs that address to their specific wants and needs.
