Foundations of Strength
4-Week Foundation Training Series, Sundays 11am-11:45am
Join personal trainer Tycho for a 4-week small-group series designed to teach the fundamental movement patterns of strength training. You’ll learn the 7 movement patterns -squat, hinge, single-leg, push, pull, core, and rotation to build strength, coordination, and confidence in the gym.
Each session emphasizes proper form, effective coaching cues, and smart training habits to help you move safely and efficiently. Training will include dumbbells and bodyweight movements, all taught in a supportive learning environment.
This series is ideal for beginners or anyone unsure where to start. Participants will receive hands-on instruction, personalized feedback, and practical guidance to confidently apply these movements to future workouts.

Barbell Fundamentals for Women
4-week Women-Only Instructional Series, Tuesdays 5pm-5:45pm
Join personal trainer Anika for a structured women-only, 4-week instructional series focused on barbell fundamentals. This small-group training program emphasizes proper form, technique, and safety while teaching the foundational barbell movements, including squats, deadlifts, chest and overhead press.
Designed for women who want to build confidence and technical proficiency with the barbell, this series provides a supportive learning environment and a strong foundation for safe, effective strength training.
Class size is capped at 6 participants to ensure personalized attention, and a minimum of 4 participants is required for the program to run.

Olympic Powerlifting Club
4-Week Strength Training Series, Wednesdays 5pm-5:45pm
Join personal trainer Jack for a structured 4-week training series focused on perfecting lifting technique and applying progressive overload within 1–5 repetition ranges. Participants will receive expert coaching on improving the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift, along with targeted accessory exercises designed to increase strength and work capacity specific to each lift.
This program is ideal for individuals looking to refine technique, build maximal strength, and develop a solid foundation in powerlifting-style training within a coached small-group environment.

Postural Strength & Mobility Series: Rounded Shoulders & Forward Head
4-Week Instructional Program, Mondays 5pm-5:45pm
Join personal trainer Sophie, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, for a structured 4-week instructional series focused on improving rounded shoulders and forward head posture. This program uses targeted mobility work, stretching, and strengthening exercises to support better posture, upper-body mobility, upper and lower body alignment and muscular balance.
This program is designed for professionals and individuals struggling with the stiffness, discomfort, and poor alignment that results from long hours spent at a desk or looking down at devices (often called ‘Tech Neck’). Participants will learn proper exercise execution, postural awareness, and functional and sustainable movement patterns to help you move better and feel better throughout the day

Speed and Agility
4-Week Training Series, Tuesdays at 6pm-6:45pm
Join personal trainer Robert for a 4-week instructional series designed to improve speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. This small-group training program emphasizes safe and effective movement patterns, with a strong focus on deceleration to help reduce injury risk. Participants will also work on proper running mechanics, floor ladder drills, hip mobility, and lower-body explosiveness.

This program is ideal for individuals looking to enhance speed and power while learning proper form and technique to support long-term injury prevention.
