However, a life-altering car accident forced him to confront his physical limitations and reshape his outlook on fitness. Although physical therapy provided some progress, it wasn’t enough to fully restore his previous level of functioning.
Anthony believed that he would endure pain while walking for the rest of his life, until he crossed paths with his first personal trainer, Morgan. Under her guidance and unique coaching style, Anthony underwent a remarkable transformation.
