We are currently offering multiple personal training classes. This is an excellent way to learn
new techniques and get a great workout with a personal trainer in a group setting. Classes have
already begun, but you can drop in for just $15 per class when space is available. Check your schedule and sign up for any of the following classes:

Evening Circuit Training with Jason
Wednesdays from 7-8pm.

Marta’s Circuit Class on Thursdays at 6am.

Circuit Training with Vonne on Fridays from
9-10am (no class May 23rd).

Girl Power Hour with Vonne on Wednesdays 12-1pm.

Lean Motion With Jenny
We will have a class Saturday, May 17th from
11-12:30pm. Sign up at the front desk for 90
minutes in the Free Motion room with a personal trainer for only $25. The room will be closed during this time for members not participating in this class.

     
 

Summer Swim Camp is back!
Try our weekly swim camp designed for kids to have fun while they exercise. For more information contact Michaela Crkonova, Aquatic Director.

VITALITY CHIROPRACTIC
will be here to do free spinal screenings on the
following dates and times:
• May 8th 9:30am-noon • May 20th 4-6pm.

For our members convenience, we currently have seven parking lots available. OAC parking lots are reserved for Club members, during Club use only. The maximum time allowed to park in an OAC designated parking lot is three hours per visit. OAC parking permits are required and must be displayed on the rear window of the vehicle. Republic Parking has been contracted to patrol our lots to ensure that our parking lots are reserved for members during Club use.

YOGA
Are you looking for a relaxing way to start your day off right? Try our new Friday morning Yoga class on Fridays from 6-7am in Studio B with Laura. This intermediate class will give you a great workout by strengthening and toning your body. We are so excited Sasha is returning Thursday evenings at 5:15pm in Studio B.

CYCLING CORNER
Just a reminder, we offer three weekday morning 9:30 am classes. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the 6:15am Wednesday morning class at this time.
