POOL CLOSURE
For regular maintenance, pool will close
Saturday, February 27th at 7:00 pm and will
reopen on Tuesday, March 6th at 6:00am.
MEMBERSHIP
DUES SALES TAX INCREASE
For the past several years, the State sales
tax rate for membership dues has been 7.1%.
However, the Department of Revenue recently
increased the sales tax to 9.1% for all health
clubs. Therefore, OAC will be required to
increase sales tax on membership dues from 7.1%
to 9.1%, effective February 1, 2012.

You have made it through January! Keep your
resolutions alive with a FREE assessment with a
personal trainer. Changing up your routine every
4-6 weeks reduces your chances for plateauing
and allows for constant change. Please schedule
an appointment with any trainer or front desk
staff.

line embodies a unique training experience that
achieves the unrestricted joint movement and

coupled with the stabilizing benefits of

This highly sought after class combines the
principles of circuit & interval techniques and
meshes them into a Boot Camp style workout to
rev your metabolism. You will be amazed at your
results! Boot Camp = twice the results in less
than half the time. Here’s what you need to do
to get started: Sign up for one week FREE today
at the front desk. Attend the trial classes.
Convert to the regular classes and see your body
change! Two class times available: 5:30 AM and
9:30 AM.
FOOD FOR
THOUGHT
Are you struggling to lose those last
5-25lbs? Or maybe you’ve tried every diet out
there and still aren’t achieving your desired
results? Most of us eat inefficiently. On
February 18th, at 1:05pm in studio B, trainers
David, Tommy, and Jeff are hosting “Food For
Thought.” This 90 minute food workshop is
designed to educate and inform those wanting to
take their nutrition to the next level. We will
cover what foods are actually making you fat, a
sprinter’s diet vs. a joggers diet vs. a
lifter’s diet, proper pre/post workout intake,
food myths, and our friend the glycemic index.
Class Fee is $15 + tax for the 90 minute

MOBILITY • CORE SUPPORT FELDENKRAIS WORKSHOP
with Vicki Robinson
Saturday, February 4th from 1:00pm-4:00pm in
Studio B
Certified Feldenkrais instructor Vicki Robinson
will show you how to ease back pain and function
properly from the entire core. This class is
excellent for daily living and sport specific
activities...running, biking, etc. You will not
only perform the movements but learn how to take
them home for future use. Don’t miss this
effective and exciting workshop! The cost is
$15.00 and sign up is required at the front
