OLYMPIC
ATHLETIC CLUB WELCOMES two new trainers
Cody Marc Moss, NASM
CPT • Corrective Exercise Specialist
Active Isolated Stretching Therapist •
Performance Enhancement Specialist
“My training programs are designed with a focus
on balance; for the creation of muscle memory,
flexibility; to facilitate proper movement, core
strength; to prevent injuries and to improve
balance. I develop training programs using
functional and practical strength exercises. The
idea behind this is that by concentrating on
functional and practical strength the body
learns how to best move and use its energy in
all planes of motion, and in the activities of
daily life. Balance and Flexibility are key
components of my model, gaining muscle and
loosing weight happen while increasing the
body’s maximum potential through stretching and
strengthening exercises. Most importantly I
believe that training should be fun and that
workouts don’t have to be a difficult task we
have to do.”
Judith Kaczmarek, NASM Personal Trainer
Licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor
“I am truly passionate about healthy living,
fitness, and nutrition. I began researching
fitness in college after becoming aware of the
negative effects unhealthy eating and exercise
habits have on mental and physical performance.
Through Zumba and the National Academy of Sports
Medicine I have spent the last 5 years building
my knowledge and passion. I strive to meet each
person where they are and challenge them to
learn and grow. Utilizing resistance training
techniques and proper nutrition patterns, I will
help you reach your body shape goals. It is my
goal to help you reach your goals through
motivation, challenge, and accountability.
Exercise is not just for physical appearance,
but can change your entire outlook on life.”
Cody and Judith
are offering a FREE session for members who
would learn new techniques.
CORRECTIVE
EXERCISE
Small Group Personal
Training (2-4 People)
Many people have
expressed interest in being paired up with other
members who have similar Functional Movement
Screen results to participate in small group
training. These 55 minute sessions would focus
specifically on corrective exercise strategies
determined by the results of the FMS Screens.
Individuals would not only learn the exercises,
but also how to help correct each other and
progress the exercises at each individual’s
pace. People who buddy train are much more
successful at reaching their personal fitness
goals than those who work out on their own (and
they have more fun!).
Summer Rates for small group training:
• Two People - $37.50/person/session
• Three People - $32.50/person/session
• Four People - $27.50/person/session
