The trainers at Olympic Athletic
Club have degrees in exercise science and are certified individuals who work
one-on-one to motivate and educate clients regarding physical fitness and
self-improvement. OAC trainers also specialize in rehabilitation, improve
sport specific skills and work with special populations.

Included with Membership
- New Member Orientation…A
one on one consultation with a trainer designed to get you started. It
includes a basic introduction to our cardiovascular equipment, a health
intake assessment, proper stretching techniques and a strength
orientation. This must be utilized within 60 days of join date.
Additional Services from the Fitness Department
- Fitness
Assessment…a complex assessment of your overall fitness
condition to include a body composition analysis, circumference
measurements, flexibility testing, strength testing and cardiovascular
testing. $65 for one hour.
- Nutritional
Analysis…An OAC personal trainer will evaluate your current
nutrition program and educate you regarding basic nutrition principles,
current supplements and dietary guidelines. Each client’s individual
schedule and goals are considered when discussing nutrition. $50 for 55
minutes
- Tune-Up/Program
Development…A tune-up to your existing workout program;
includes an evaluation of your current program and the creation of a new
exercise program designed to help you reach specific goals. Does not
include floor time with a trainer. $30 for 30 minutes
- Body Composition
Analysis…A complete 4-site body composition test to determine
your level of lean muscle mass as compared to fat mass. To ensure an
accurate assessment, please refrain from ingesting any food, caffeine or
nicotine 3 hours prior to testing. In addition, refrain from exercise 3
hours prior to testing. $20 for 20-25 minutes.
