After receiving my massage license, I came to work for
Olympic Athletic Club because of their dedicated members. Each client I work
with seems to desire additional ways to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Because of the dedication from my clients I am able to aid in my clients
education of the human body and in each client’s healing.
Philosophy: I love massage and its benefits. It helps everyone to some
degree. Whether it helps a client to relax and breathe easier, or to feel
nurtured by being touched, or as treatment to an injury or after surgery…it
helps everyone. Massage therapy is a wonderful tool for self awareness that
helps you understand your body and aid in living a healthier life.

Since graduating from massage school, I have practiced
adult massage at both OAC and my own private business. My focus is also
directed to premature and infant massage in which I have instructed parents
through volunteer and private activities.
Philosophy: After personally experiencing dramatic improvement to a
long-standing neck injury, I became an advocate for the healing power of
massage. I believe massage stimulates healing by providing relaxation,
increased energy flow and balance through the power of touch.
